Information on this site
Content on this site is general information about technology services. It is not legal, financial, insurance or compliance advice, and it is not a quote or an offer. Provider availability, pricing and terms change and are confirmed only in a written proposal or the provider’s own agreement.
The Agent C, our AI assistant
- The Agent C is an artificial intelligence assistant, not a human. Its responses are generated automatically.
- AI responses may be incomplete, out of date or incorrect. Verify important information with us before relying on it.
- Nothing The Agent C says is a binding quote, price, commitment or recommendation, and no agreement is formed through the chat. Engagements are confirmed in writing by our team.
- Don’t submit passwords, payment card numbers or other sensitive information in chat.
- Don’t use the chat to send spam, attempt to manipulate or disrupt the assistant, or submit unlawful content. We may block access that we believe is automated or abusive.
How chat conversations are stored and used is described in our privacy policy.
Our services
We act as an independent technology advisor. Services you purchase are provided by the provider you select under that provider’s agreement, and the provider is responsible for delivering them. We may receive compensation from providers. Any engagement with us is governed by the terms we agree to in writing.
Intellectual property
The site’s content, design, logo and the names “The Agent C” and “The Agent C Advisors” belong to us. You may share links and quote brief excerpts with attribution. Other product and company names mentioned on the site belong to their owners and do not imply endorsement.
Third-party links
The site may link to other websites, including scheduling and provider sites. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and The Agent C are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, including AI-generated responses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
